Abelardo Gil-Fournier (Sale, 1979) is a physicist by the Complutense University of Madrid and works since the beginning of his studies in art and new media projects. He collaborates actively in society & technology projects with artists such as Daniel García Andújar, María Andueza and the architectural studio FAM. His own research line explores the relations between art and science with works that bring together the intimate connection between creation and discovery. Currently, he is also editing and providing contents to The Croopier, a game situation archive.

Last two years he has participated in exhibitions such as Banquete 05, Ambdós hemisferis/Amb dos hemisferis, Digital Transit, Mirador 05 and Premio Joven 2006. His work Perspective (I) has awarded the Fundación Complutense's Young Price 2006 in Plastic Ars. He has taught Processing workshops in MediaLabMadrid and as a lecturer, he has spoken about art & science in Comafosca, Node d'art i pensament in Alella (Barcelona), in Madrid's 2006 Book Fair and in CampusParty 2007 in Valencia.
